Lost or Stolen Debit/ATM Cards

If you suspect that your Eagle Valley Bank Debit or ATM card has been lost or stolen, call us toll-free at 1-800-840-2144 during regular banking hours, Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. We will assist you with questions regarding your card. If necessary, we can also assist with replacing your Eagle Valley Bank Debit or ATM card.

**After banking hours, call 800-472-3272 to report a lost/stolen debit or ATM card **

Fraud Monitoring:

Did you know that your Mastercard® Debit Card offers fraud monitoring?

If unusual activity is detected on your card you may receive a call from Eagle Valley Bank's Fraud Prevention Call Center.

  • For verification, the Call Center will ask that you enter your 5 digit zip code;
  • You will then be asked to verify that specific transactions were approved by you or someone authorized by you.
  • If you are not available, the Call Center will provide a 6 digit personal message code and a request to contact the Call Center.
